Selling a business happens once. It should be done right.

Most owners sell a company only once in their life. Buyers, lenders, and their advisors do it all the time. We level that field: we prepare the business, find and qualify buyers, run a competitive process, and manage the deal through closing. Clients pay us an engagement fee and a success fee that is earned only if a transaction closes — both set out in a written engagement letter.

Confidential by default

Buyers sign NDAs and are screened before they learn your company's name. Employees and customers aren't told until you're ready.

Qualified buyers only

We confirm buyers' capital, experience, and intentions before introductions, so your time goes to serious parties.

One point of contact

We coordinate your attorney, CPA, lender, and the buyer's team so the deal keeps moving.

Common questions

What size businesses do you work with?

Mostly privately held companies with established, profitable operations — typically owner-operated businesses through the lower middle market. If we aren't the right fit, we'll say so and suggest alternatives.

How are you paid?

Usually a modest engagement fee to fund preparation work, plus a success fee paid at closing. Valuation-only and planning engagements are billed as a fixed fee. All terms are set out in writing before any work begins.

Will my employees find out?

Not from us. Marketing uses a blind profile, buyers sign NDAs before learning your name, and we agree with you on when and how key people are told.

Do I still need an attorney and CPA?

Yes. We don't provide legal or tax advice. We work alongside your attorney and CPA, and can introduce transaction-experienced professionals if you need them.

Start with a confidential conversation.

No obligation. We'll talk through your goals, timing, and what the market looks like for a business like yours.
